Brett represents victims who have been seriously injured as a result of motor vehicle collisions, defective premises, and assaults. Brett advocates for clients in Connecticut Superior Court, at the Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission, and at Connecticut Probate Courts. At Moore, O'Brien, & Foti, Brett has successfully negotiated settlements and obtained verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining Moore, O'Brien & Foti, Brett has extensive experience as a litigator in personal injury matters and has tried several cases to verdict, both bench and jury. He began his career working for the Judicial Branch in civil, family, and criminal cases.
