Giving Back
Community Involvement 2023
At Moore, O’Brien & Dufour, giving back to the community we serve is one of our core values. Through our GIVE MOORE initiative, our team volunteers, sits on nonprofit boards, and organizes drives throughout the year — supported by paid time off to pursue the causes they care about most.
Cat Rescue 2023
Michelle spent the day with a local cat rescue, helping feed and care for the felines awaiting adoption. She was grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of these animals in need.
Thanksgiving Baskets 2023
Thanksgiving is not only a time to give thanks for all of our blessings but also the time to help those less fortunate. With the donations collected by our staff, we were able to provide four families with Thanksgiving baskets, making sure they had all the dinner essentials. It was heartwarming to know that we were able to make a difference in their holiday season.
St. Vincent DePaul 2023
Lillian volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul soup kitchen and pantry, preparing meals and organizing donations for distribution. Lillian felt a sense of fulfillment and purpose in giving back to her community.
Horse Farm 2023
Michele, Gloria and Jan volunteered for a day to support H.O.R.S.E, a reputable rescue organization established in 1981. Their dedication to helping animals in need is truly inspiring. Their hard work and compassion made a significant impact on the organization’s mission to save and rehabilitate horses.
Wreaths Across America 2023
This weekend, Moore, O’Brien and Dufour staff and family members spent their weekend volunteering for Wreaths Across America. The group placed wreaths on the graves of veterans to honor their service and sacrifice. It was a meaningful way for them to give back to those who have served our country.
Safe Haven 2023
During the holiday seasons, many families are not fortunate enough to afford gifts for their children. Through donations from our staff, we were able to provide toys and clothing for children in need. This year, we hope to expand our efforts and bring joy to even more families during the holidays.
Toy Drive - Middlebury PD 2023
Moore, O’Brien and Dufour spreading some Holiday cheer by donating to the Middlebury Police Toy Drive today. We appreciate all the support we received from our staff to make this successful! Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community.
